Jessica is the founder and chief executive officer of 3UPSports, a sports housing agency dedicated to transforming youth sports travel through technology, transparency, and strategic partnerships.
With more than 15 years of experience in hospitality and sports travel, Jessica launched 3UPSports to modernize an industry long-burdened by outdated systems and inefficiencies.
Her leadership philosophy centers on integrity, collaboration, and creating scalable solutions that balance affordability for teams with strong revenue opportunities for tournament organizers and hotel partners.
Prior to founding 3UPSports, Jessica served as Chief Executive Officer of CSTT Sports Travel, where she oversaw thousands of team bookings and built the operational foundation that powers her success today.
Currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Finance Leadership, Jessica continues to strengthen her strategic and financial expertise. Recognized for her relationship-first approach and relentless commitment to elevating the youth sports experience, she is driven by one mission: make every tournament a win for teams, directors, and hotels alike.
